The PAL series are automatic digital pocket refractometers. These refractometers are compact and easy to carry. They can be used for beverage (fruits juice, coffee and soft drinks etc.) or food (sauce, soup, pickle, low concentration of jam, marmalade and syrup etc.). Only 2 to 3 drops are necessary. The PAL series can be cleaned under running water.
