Documentation System G:BOX Chemi XRQ

For high performance imaging, the generation of G:BOX Chemi systems provide the user an extended range of applications covering fluorescence and chemiluminescence. All systems utilise Syngeneás GeneSys automatic control software which is driven from a database containing hundreds of capture protocols. Full manual control is available on request.

The G:BOX Chemi series feature cameras with resolutions of 4, 6 or 9 megapixels. All systems have a cooling which reduces the small amount of electronically generated noise to produce outstanding images with min. background interference. The cameras also have very high quantum efficiencies (QE), helping the system to achieve outstanding levels of sensitivity.

Whether using the system for standard fluorescence applications such as DNA or for chemiluminescence imaging, the G:BOX Chemi will give you high quality results. In addition, by using the optional LED modules, users can work with an automated multiplexed function capable of using up to 5 channels. Other LED modules can be used to turn the G:BOX Chemi into a highly sensitive IR capture system. An edge lighting option can also be used for 2D gel capture incl. the use of DIGE gels.

The design with modular construction incl. motor-driven lenses, filter wheels with the option of including a range of lighting choices for both Epi and transillumination applications.

Status of an image capture can be checked and recently captured images be accessed from any computer, smartphone or tablet on the same network as G:BOX Chemi system using the Status Linká feature. This is ideal for any busy laboratory.

The system comes complete with unlimited copies of GeneTools analysis software.
Mains supply:115 / 240 V
The G:BOX Chemi XRQ gel doc system features a CCD camera which has high quantum efficiency (QE) and with low noise levels, making this system a very good choice for extended fluorescence applications and chemiluminescent Western blots.

The G:BOX Chemi XRQ features 4 million pixel imaging utilising one of Syngeneás CCD cameras.
